These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website xxmstudio.com (the "Site") operated by XXM Studio LLC ("XXM Studio", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by XXM Studio LLC, an independent software studio. You can reach us at hi@xxmstudio.com.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access to any systems, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
3. Our applications
Software applications developed by XXM Studio ("Apps") are distributed through their respective channels (for example, the Apple App Store or our website) and may be subject to additional terms and the terms of the applicable distribution platform. Where an App is distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement and store terms also apply.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the "XXM Studio" name and wordmark, and the design of our Apps — are owned by XXM Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by an applicable open-source license where we have explicitly published source code.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XXM Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
